The heart of ARISE is not striving to become someone you're not. It is growing in the understanding of who you already are in God and making room for Him to lead you forward.
There will be time for worship, prayer and personal response, followed by an interactive conversation where all three facilitators come together to answer questions and engage with the women in the room.
You’ll leave having had space to reflect, receive, connect and consider your next step forward.

Tricia is the founder and publisher of L.A. STYLE Magazine, where she has spent more than a decade leading and building the brand. She is expanding that experience with OC STYLE Magazine, officially launching in 2027.

Dr. Tanya Paniagua is an ordained minister, Christian counselor, coach, mentor and speaker whose heart is to help people flourish into all God has called them to be. Through Breath of Life Foundation, she integrates biblical truth with mental, emotional and spiritual health to lead hurting people toward hope and wholeness.

Dr. Tanya is passionate about seeing individuals grow into who God designed them to be by embracing their past, thriving in their present and aspiring to become the world changers they were created to be.
Her transparency in sharing both battles and victories allows her to connect authentically with others and point them toward the hope of Jesus Christ. Her ability to integrate a biblical foundation with practical everyday application, while candidly addressing difficult issues, is central to the way she ministers and leads.
Dr. Tanya earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, followed by a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling and a Doctor of Education in Counseling and Community Care (Ed.D.) from Liberty University. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and founder and CEO of Breath of Life Foundation.
Through Breath of Life, Dr. Tanya provides professional Christian counseling, coaching, mentoring and speaking and has served individuals, couples, community leaders and spiritual leaders across the United States and internationally.
At the heart of her work is a desire to see people experience health in spirit, soul and body, live in the fullness of God, and become equipped to serve their families, churches and communities.

For the woman who feels stuck. For the woman who feels God calling her for more. This is a place to go deeper, rise higher, get unstuck, and be propelled forward — anchored in the Word of God, commissioned for your call, poured into in spirit, soul & body.
“Arise” is both a command and a truth — arise to take hold of what God has placed in your heart, and arise into the understanding of who you already are in Him, seated in His authority.
As God’s daughters, we are already seated with Christ in the heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), a position given by grace, not earned by striving. “Arise” is an invitation to rise, not toward something we don’t yet have, but into the fuller understanding, by faith, of who we already are in Him. As we rise in that awareness, we remain anchored, steady, grounded, unshaken by the truth of God’s Word as our firm foundation. This is who we are: women rising in faith, anchored in truth.
